We understand there are a ton of questions that can be sparked regarding the process of our containers, part availability and more! We have created this section to help our with our most common questions and will direct people here in hopes to give answers.   • Can I pick up my item locally if I live in Colorado?

    Yes, local pickup can be arranged from Monday-Thursday.

  • What are your days of operation?

    We will only process orders Monday-Friday. As for answering e-mails, we are more active through the weekdays, but will seldom respond on non-business days.

  • What happens if my address has changed after an order is placed?

    Contact with us is recommended immediately regarding your address change, but as long as it’s prior to your package being shipped we can accommodate.

  • Am I able to return items?

    No, we have a strict no return or refund policy as our items are used.

  • What happens if I purchased something that does not fit my vehicle?

    We encourage our customers to do their full research on products prior to purchase to ensure that it’s exactly what they’re looking for.

  • What are your "Reserved" items?

    Our Reserved items are parts that we have already acquired at Anonymous Stylie and are ready for purchase by customers.

  • Is there a deposit for Reserve items?

    There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure an item from our Reserve list.

  • When do I need to pay the remaining balance for an item?

    Once the item has arrived in Littleton, CO.

  • Where is Anonymous Stylie located?

    We are located in Littleton, CO.

  • Do you have parts for a specific vehicle?

    We do not disclose which parts we have in stock prior to posting them either on our website or our Instagram page. Everything you see on both is exactly what we have.

  • When do you expect to have a certain part in stock?

    We are unable to promise a timeframe on when we get specific parts you are looking for as these items are used and posted throughout Japan’s selling channels at random.

  • What is Yahoo! Japan?

    Think of it like eBay, but for Japan.

  • Do I need to pay shipping for my item(s) from Anonymous Stylie to me?

    Yes, when we receive our containers and collect the needed shipping information, we will provide our customers with quotes on domestic shipping.

  • Am I able to use any shipping company to get my items?

    As a company, we have a discounted freight shipping account that allows us to ship items cheaper for our customers. We do NOT let customers create their own shipping labels or purchase shipping from an outside company.

  • How long do I have once an item arrives at Anonymous Stylie until I need to pay my shipping dues?

    You will have fifteen (15) days from the date you receive your shipping quote for free storage of your items. Once the fifteen (15) days has passed, we charge at $10.00 a day for storage fees.

  • What happens if I am unable pay for shipping after fifteen (15) days?

    A storage fee will be imposed of $10.00 a day for up to ninety (90) days.

  • Can you find parts for me in Japan?

    Yes, we will use our knowledge of the Japanese sales channels to help you find a specific item you are looking for. We do not guarantee that some parts will be located due to our business solely running off buying used parts from other sellers in Japan.

  • Is there a deposit for a special request item?

    We require payment in full up front prior to purchasing items that are listed as “Buy It Now”

  • Can I give you a limit on how much I am willing to spend on an auction item?

    Yes, we will ask you up front for your maximum bid price prior to bidding on items.

  • Am I only paying for the item that I bid on during an auction if I win?

    No, we require that alongside the price of the item to collect our commission fee, sourcing fee (IF APPLICABLE), as well as the container shipment fee.

  • Is my purchase on an item I had you bid on for me refundable?

    No, your payment in full is non-refundable.

  • I inquired about an auction that's ending soon, why haven't I heard back?

    Please make sure you give us plenty of headway on upcoming auctions that you’re interested in. We have a response time of one (1) business day.

  • Will I be informed with the results of an auction I had you bid on?

    Yes, we establish contact with our customers once we have the results of an ended auction.

  • How much is your commission fee?

    Our commission fee is 30% of the price of an item.

  • How much is your finder's fee?

    Our finder’s fee is 5% of the price of an item.

  • How much is your container shipping fee?

    This will be dictated based on what type of item you would like to bring to the U.S. Please reference to our “Container” tab for a price breakdown of each item.

  • What is your lead time on a container?

    This will vary depending on the following:

    • How full the container is

    • When an item is added or reserved

    • Weather

    • Shipping delays

    • Port backups

    Typically we anticipate our containers to arrive every three (3) months.

  • Will I be informed if there is a delay with the container's arrival?

    Yes, we do our best to update our customers regarding the status of our containers.

  • How long does it take the container to go through U.S. Customs?

    We advise that this process can take up to two (2) weeks for all items on the container to be inspected and cleared at the port.

  • How long will it take you to process my items once they have arrived at Anonymous Stylie?

    We have a turnaround time from one to two (1-2) weeks as we need to inventory, measure and sometimes repack items upon the arrival.

  • I sold my car and purchased an item for it from Anonymous Stylie, am I able to get a refund for it?

    No, we have a strict no refund policy but if asked, we would be more than happy to help you sell your item.

  • Will this item fit my car?

    We ask our customers to do their own research prior to purchasing an item with us as we have a strict no refund policy. We would hate to see you lose out on possibly hundreds of dollars over a small mistake.

  • What happens if I am unable to pay my balance after ninety (90) days?

    Anonymous Stylie will forfeit your deposit from your Reserve item and it will be listed on our website for sale to the public.
